My work supports the implementation of structured literacy, an explicit, systematic approach that emphasizes the development of foundational reading skills and language comprehension. - Decoding and encoding (spelling) strategies
- Fluency development
- Vocabulary acquisition
- Reading comprehension and language structures
Through workshops, modeling, and coaching, I help educators connect theory to practice in ways that are developmentally appropriate and aligned with the needs of their students.

- Align instruction, intervention, and assessment to structured literacy principles
- Develop and implement districtwide literacy action plans
- Provide leadership coaching
